Blanca Diamond

President Fastrack MCI

Blanca Diamond is the President of Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc. As president, Blanca oversees all aspects of a project from development to close-out.

Blanca opened Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc. in May of 2003. As co-owner of Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc. and D&D Quality Constructors Blanca has over thirty-three years of experience in all aspects of the Construction Industry.

Blanca attended Palm Beach Community College in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Sasha Bubanja

Sasha Bubanja is the Executive Vice-President of Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc. As Executive Vice President, Sasha oversees all aspects of Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc. project design, construction, scheduling, estimating, marketing, and closeout.

Sasha is one of the founders and has been with Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc. since May of 2003. Sasha has over twenty years of experience in all aspects of the Construction Industry and establishments that include: The School District Palm Beach County as Senior Project Administrator in West Palm Beach, Florida; Brown & Root as Project Manager in Houston, Texas; and Suffolk Construction as a Superintendent in West Palm Beach, Florida. Sasha’s work experience includes, but is not limited to: design build; general construction; construction administration; construction management; value engineering; scheduling; cost estimating; architects representative, and consulting.

Sasha received his Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with Emphasis in Project Management from the State University of New York in Buffalo, New York, with a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, and an Associates Degree in Building Construction from Wentworth in Boston Massachusetts.

Sasha’s active registration is his CGC License, license number CGC 062398.

John Lesh

John Lesh is the Project Executive of Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc. As Projective Executive, John oversees operational issues related to projects under design, construction, scheduling, estimating, marketing, and closeout including both in the office and in the field.

John has been with Fastrack MCI since October of 2010. John has over twenty-seven years of experience in all aspects of the Construction Industry. John’s work experience includes, but is not limited to: design build; general construction; construction administration; construction management; value engineering; scheduling; and cost estimating. Before working at Fastrack MCI John worked for Suffolk Construction and is a Member of ASCE since 1986.

John received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering at Iowa State University in Ames IA.

Jeff Rabold

Jeff Rabold is the Assistant Projects Manager and Construction Administrator for Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc. As Project Manager and Construction Administrator, Jeff actively manages specific construction projects both in the office and out in the field such as: reviewing drawings and bids; writing scopes and contracts; revising schedules; reviewing and commenting on both Requests for Information and Submittals; attending Owner and Subcontractor meetings; and creating pay applications.

Jeff has been employed with Fastrack Management and Consulting since April 2007, and has twenty-two years of additional work experience with other firms in the Building Industry. Before launching his career with Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc., Jeff's prior employment experiences consisted of: Project Manager for Catalfumo Construction in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; Senior Project Manager for MTI Construction Firm in Schaumburg, Illinois; Senior Construction Manager for Matocha Associate's Architect and Construction Management firm in Clarendon Hills, Illinois.

Jeff attended the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois to pursue the study of Architecture, and graduated from the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois with an Associate of Arts in Business.

Matt Slater

Matt Slater is the Project Manager of Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc. As Projective Manager, Matt oversees all issues for his projects related to estimating, bidding & proposal presentation, Subcontractor and Owner contracts, Owner & Sub Billings, construction RFIs, & Submittals, construction schedule, from initial project in-take thru to project closeout.

Matt has been with Fastrack MCI since April of 2011. Matt he has over 14 years of experience in construction. Matt’s work experience includes: design build; general construction; construction administration; construction management; value engineering; scheduling; and cost estimating. Before working at Fastrack MCI Matt worked for Suffolk Construction. He is also certified in OSHA 30, CPR & First Aid, DEP, Storm water Management Inspector.

Matt received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI.

Diana Diamond

Diana Diamond is the Business Development Manager at Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc. As Business Development Manager Diana is responsible for putting all requests for proposals (RFP), request for information (RFI), requests for bids (RFB), and requests for letters (RFL) together. She is in charge of making sure that all the necessary documentation is included and the questions for the proposals and bids are addressed and answered to the fullest extent. As well as putting proposals together she is in charge of keeping track of all proposals due dates and times, shortlist meeting and interview date and times. Diana attends all pre-bids, shortlist meetings, interviews, and networking functions.

Diana has been employed with Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc. since July 2007. However, she has over seven years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to being employed with Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc., she was employed with D&D Quality Constructors. Diana attended Palm Beach Community College in Lake Worth and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. While at Palm Beach Community College Diana received her Associates of Arts in General Education and then transferred to University of Central Florida. At the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida she received her Bachelor's of Science in Business Management in 2005.

Ivan Murillo

Ivan Murillo is a Project Supervisor at Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc. As Project Supervisor, Ivan is responsible for the documentation and coordination of jobsite activities. Additionally, Ivan is also in charge of making sure that all necessary requirements act in accordance with approved submittals while working closely with the Head Project Manager and Project Managers on each jobsite.

Ivan has been employed with Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc. since May of 2008, but has six years of additional work experience with other firms throughout the Construction Industry. Before launching his career with Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc., Ivan’s prior employment history consisted of: Shop Foreman for Fine Art Millworks in West Palm Beach, Florida; Supply Coordinator for KMI International located in Lake Worth, Florida.

Ivan is currently enrolled at Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth, Florida attending classes for Industrial Management and his University Transfer, while pursuing his future Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering.

Daniel Usher

Daniel Usher is a Project Supervisor at Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc. As Project Supervisor, Dan is responsible for the documentation and coordination of jobsite activities. Additionally, Dan is in charge of making sure that all necessary requirements act in accordance with approved submittals while working closely with the Project Managers on each jobsite.

Dan has been employed with Fastrack Management and Consulting, Inc. since June of 2008, but has five years of additional work experience with other firms throughout the Construction Industry. Before launching his career with Fastrack MCI, Dan was hired as an intern from Santa Fe. His prior employment history consisted of: A laborer for Balfour Beatty in West Palm Beach, FL for 2 years and Foreman for CR Klewin in West Palm Beach, FL for 1 year.

Dan has his Associates Degree in Building Construction from Santa Fe and attended University of North Florida for Engineering. He is currently enrolled at Palm Beach Atlantic in Downtown West Palm Beach attending classes for Business Management.
